Subject: FELICITATIONS ON THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CPN (M)
REVOLUTIONARY STRUGGLE.
Dear Comrade,
There are a very few certain significant events when
formalities cease to communicate the exact spirit and real meaning. So, we find
no appropriate words to express our feelings on your spectacular achievements
of the most inspiring revolutionary struggle for ten years. We feel we are with
you in the celebrations as mark of solidarity. However, the revolutionary waves
sweeping across Nepal today following the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist),
movement with the active support and participation of the people are a historic
event not for Nepal alone but also in the annals of struggle based on the main
current of Marxist-Leninist ideology in whole of South Asia. Success of the CPN (M) in the exemplary
fight to overthrow the monarchy, bury archaic feudalism and stamp out
imperialist influences in your country seems to be a beacon of light for South
Asian region.
This rejoicing occasion of celebrations of the
tenth years of a prolonged struggle emboldens and infuses in us a pride to
extend our most warmest and heartiest felicitations to you. Your path to
revolution will, obviously, help intensify the anti-imperialist struggle in our
region for the transformation of society from class-ridden to classless one.
The gigantic march of the CPN (M) is a logical outcome of the creative
application of the scientific Leninist methodology and Maoist principles of
revolution in our imperialist-dominated region has also played an important
role, the intensity of which is getting enhanced after the demise of the Cold
War. This phenomenon has emerged on the politico-ideological horizon of Nepal
at a time when the disintegration of the Soviet Union and Chinese road to
capitalism are propagated to be the eclipse of Marxism, forgetting and ignoring
the bare facts that it is not the end of Marxism but the culmination of Soviet
revisionism and the post-Mao Chinese opportunism.
The tactics applied by the CPN (M) to overthrow monarchy
for the democratization of Nepalese society have actually led to the
mobilization of the people in real sense of the term, sidelining other parties,
which clamour for democracy for the name sake. This is a first Marxist-Leninist
movement in our region, that is most organized, inspiring the people to be in
the mainstream of scientific process. In addition, Maoist creative practice of
revolution in this part of the world has helped bear fruit. Though the
apprehension of Western imperialist intervention led by the United States plus
Indian hegemony is very much in place to subvert the advanced revolutionary
movement, the anti-imperialist and anti-hegemonic people of South Asia
irrespective of their separate national identities and boundary demarcations
would at the same time foil the evil designs.
The basic reason of the unity of nations and people of South Asia is
that their problems are the same, namely imperialism, feudalism and their
puppet ruling representatives, while they equally share liberation from imperialist
clutches, national sovereignty, economic independence and above all the
establishment exploitation-free society.
On the pattern of Revolutionary International Movement
(RIM), we whole-heartedly support what you have put forward your strategy:
" The necessity of developing the concept of South Asian Soviet Federation
in the 21st century to concept of World Federation and waging every country's
national liberation, democratic and socialist movement …"
In the backdrop of your dedication to the cause of
revolution through People's War, which is destined to engulf whole of our
region, as it is the only scientific method to succeed, we take an opportunity
to congratulate you once again and other heroic comrades of your party on the
celebrations of ceaseless revolutionary struggle for ten years. Meanwhile, we
also pay glowing tributes and give our red salute to the comrades who martyred
themselves for the revolutionary cause in order to set up socialist system in
Nepal in one hand and inspire the working class in this region, including world
at large on the other.
