Press statement
Attention of our
Party is seriously attracted towards the public statement made by the European
Union delegation, recently returned back having accomplished its visit to Nepal. The one-sided
and irresponsible statement, against our Party that has been fighting for
completion of democracy, by a responsible international community: such as
European Union, having listened one-sided statements of old feudal state and
the representatives of the Royal Army, was unexpected for us. We are not
understanding what kind of peace the delegation has expected in Nepal by
cleaning that military autocratism which is defamed
by heinous crimes of murdering, looting, raping and has broken the world record
in mocking human right by disappearing the citizens. We are surprised to see
that the delegates has deeply smashed the willing of the Nepalese people by
completely undermined our universal democratic demand of reliable international
mediation and election of the constitutional assembly as well as the essence of
the struggling political Partiers against regression. If the delegation wishes
to make our Party, movement and political Parties and broad masses of the
Nepalese people surrender before the feudal autocratic rulers, such wishes will
never materialized. We expect a balanced and positive role of the European
Union in resolution of civil war by putting the utmost sovereign interest of
the Nepalese people at the fore front and we are always ready to assist for
that.

The state of
feudal comprador Gyanendra Shah, which bears head of US
imperialism and legs of Indian expansionism, has been mobilizing the
"Royal Army" day and night to maintain this state through flooding
blood of Nepalese people. It has been working hard to bring the expansionist
Indian army into Nepal.
Nepalese People, our great and glorious Party, People's Liberation Army
equipped with revolutionary ideology, untiring dedication and sacrifice and by
pushing aside the old state, has been advancing ahead in the process of seizing
central political power by achieving successes. Under the first plan of
Strategic Offensive and in the process of decentralized guerrilla actions, the
Special Task Force STF under the Mangalsen first
Brigade had attacked over self-proclaimed powerful Royal American Army on the
process of operation and has achieved a higher level of success and the enemy
has been dismissed by which it is proved the demise of the old state.
On the process of
attack, 81MM cannon one piece and its balls 10 pieces, INSAS LMG two pieces and
its magazine 30 pieces, SLR rifle 16 pieces and its magazines, SMG two pieces
and tens of thousands of bullets, M-16 grenade 16 pieces, communication set 1
piece and GPMG tree-foot 1 piece, binocular 1 piece and mines, and a huge cache
of war
materials and more than 50 bags are seized. More than 25 are killed in the side
of the enemy and dozens of them are injured. On the side of the brave People's
Liberation Army of the 21st century one fighter has bore a highest
martyrdom and other six comrades have simply injured. We pay a humble tribute
to the comrade, who has sacrificed life for a great aim and whish quick
recovery of their health of the injured comrades. We would like to thank to the
broad masses of people and all the co-fighter comrades of the PLA, who by
defeating the death have been playing a great role to achieve success while
applying policy and programme of the Party. Thanks.
